Select the devices and establish communication before configuring the plant.
Install ModbusSim, select I/O modules and compressors, start Modbus communication, and confirm the Live System inventory.

Request the approved Windows setup, activate the trial or license, and open the application.
Select I/O modules and compressors
Create the physical device inventory first. Confirm each compressor model, refrigerant, and behavior selection, plus every required I/O module instance.
Start Modbus TCP or RTU
Configure the correct transport, endpoint, unit settings, and external controller connection, then start communication.
Confirm Live System before the wizard
Verify that the expected devices and points are live. Start Configure Plant only after the inventory and communication are correct.
